If you have an android phone , you will surely be looking to change the UI of the phone if it doesn't suit your style. To change the looks , you need to install a custom launcher. Here is a list of the 9 launchers I find are the best for Android:
1-Nova
Nova Launcher is like the stock android launcher , but with customizable home screens , icons & many more features. Nova looks clean & is pretty fast on most devices.

Buzz Launcher has a bit of ingenuity to make it stand out of the crowd , like the option of different wallpapers for different home screens ,among other things that make Buzz Launcher stand out of the crowd.

The Ram usage of Launcher 8 is in the range of 25-35 MB.

Next Launcher has been created by the same team which made Go Launcher . Next kind of reminds me of the SPB shell , in a new avatar. The animations are good , fluid and give a nice look to it.

It will look nice for a few days , maybe a few weeks but you might just get bored of the color theme used in it. Still , its a nice addition to your phone.
As from the pics above you will see that it does look "inspired" by the SPB Shell , but manages to uses lesser ram than SPB.

The Ram usage of Next Launcher was around 30-45 MB on my phone . Now it may wary on other devices , but should be lesser than SPB's. Use it if You have >100MB RAM free on your phone.

This was a launcher I downloaded from XDA Developers. It isn't exactly a clone of the Launcher used in Sony's Xperia lineup , but it has a pretty low Ram Footprint so it isn't actually bad for a try.
